Already Subscribed

The email you used to sign up to our newsletter already exists in our system.

Troubleshooting

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. I’m pretty sure I’ve never subscribed before and I’m getting this notice in error
    • Double check that you entered the right email and try again.
    • If the issue persists, contact support@nsbasic.com.
  2. I subscribed before but I haven’t received any emails
    • Make sure that you click the link in your confirmation email to be added to our mailing list. To comply with privacy laws, our list is now double opt-in.
    • If you did click your confirmation link and just haven’t heard from us, it may be because our newsletter is low-frequency (1 email every 1 to 2 months). VoltBuilder is staffed by devs, and we know how much email devs get in a day — so we keep our emails low-frequency, succinct, and relevant. That said, if you’re concerned you might’ve missed an important announcement, you can see all our recent news on the VoltBuilder Support Forum.
  3. I previously unsubscribed and would like to resubscribe
    • If you still have the email we sent to verify you unsubscribed successfully, there is a resubscribe link in that email that you can click to be resubscribed to the mailing list.
    • If you don’t have that email, you can also contact support@nsbasic.com and request to be resubscribed to the mailing list.
